Like it decides to take a 1 mile jog and stops 500 feet for a break. Even after persistent reloading. its been a problem thats been going on for a while (almost for a year) with no results being fixed, multiple users with this problem and there's a thread about it. until chrome fixes this, it will be the best browser I have ever used. otherwise it is the most frustrating problem.

If you try to stream any videos via sites other than youtube have 3-4 tabs open it grinds to a halt and decides that it can't take that much work and crashes. Every time I used IE it would crash at least once. The UI is heavy and bulky much larger than google chromes. Google chrome hasnt crashed once in the past year i've been using it. The UI is fresh, small and does everything you need without taking any space. Google chrome FTW

But just because I don´t know the Apple system (mac os x) is based on a much higher level than this sucking Vista and Win seven. I don't want to employ the howl day to get some new in the IE 8 on win Vista. I´m about to see what ever i want to without being held up by the software. So now i´m using Mac OS X and the Firefox or the Chrome Browser to achieve my aims faster and without annoying error messages. If you actually have any knowledge whatsoever about browsers and computing in general besides the old, lame, fanboyish-ness, you (should) instantly see how much better chrome is than IE - in fact IE is a bit of a joke compared with any good modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari. As an indicator, you can run the acid3 compliance test in all five browsers and the only one that won't get 100/100 is IE (well, firefox aswell but it's alot better than IE's score). Still not convinced? Try running any javascript benchmark. OK you should be getting my point now. Oh and as for extensions - all of these browsers have them so it doesn't really come into the equation. If you need tonnes of extensions use firefox.

Idiots who complain about how its a keylogger cant support a thing and IE is losing more and more of its market share. Topper63 said it well...Microsoft had 8 chances to do it right and Google did it in its first attempt that too with a beta version...guys i say abandon or even boycott Internet Explorer as google is gonna rule browser industry....man waiting to see the day google launches it Operating System.

supporter atomic1fire post at 2008-09-13 19:09:08 Read morethe first thing to remember that chrome has just been released, and I think this is gonna play out how the ipod or video game systems play out. they improve every release, so while chrome is great now, its going to be better. active x has massive security issues, being tied into the OS, as well as being so one sided, being a microsoft technology. since you have yet to see microsoft trying to make active x compatible with everything else, like they are "doing" with siverlight, using a technology that is widespread platform wise is much smarter then creating your own shutin setup and it allows for a wider range of changes. this is where standards and browsers like chrome shine the most

I now that is just a question of time, but I will not migrate to Chrome until I have similar addons I have in my Firefox Addons, there in Chrome. Speacially the AllInOneGesture (or FireGesture). I don't know how to use a browser without this addon anymore! And please, put a bar to my quick search as we have on firefox!! Ctrl+k is really helpfull

It does not display certain web pages in certain languages properly, for example Tamil or Khmer. This is a major issue for people who type in those languages, and it is the only reason I won't use Chrome despite its lightning fast speed.
